Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue and KPIs through proactive selling and client engagement.
- Deliver an exceptional, signature client experience conveying Balenciaga’s history, values and product narrative throughout the client journey.
- Maintain an active, accurate and organised client book; regularly contact clients and provide timely follow‑up on purchases and enquiries.
- Incorporate knowledge of current trends and fashion history into the sales process to advise clients and contextualise product choices.
- Work collaboratively within the boutique team, fostering open communication and proposing practical solutions to support store performance.
- Execute daily operational tasks and in‑store directives to ensure merchandising, presentation and service standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in a comparable sales role, preferably within luxury retail or fashion.
- Proven track record of exceeding individual and store sales objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, underpinned by a genuine passion for fashion.
- Strategic mindset with a drive for personal performance and commercial development.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in a sales or client‑facing role within retail or fashion, with demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in fashion, retail management or a related discipline is advantageous.
