Balenciaga Sales Associate role in Cabazon, CA—deliver luxury retail experiences with strong sales performance and client service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to overall business growth
- Execute opening and closing procedures for the store, including cash handling in accordance with company policies
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and weave current fashion trends into client interactions
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing concerns promptly and managing feedback appropriately
- Create and maintain a luxury retail environment reflective of Balenciaga's aesthetic and brand standards
