Balenciaga is seeking a Sales Associate for its Boston Copley Place team, reporting to the Store Director. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, delivering exceptional service and product expertise, cultivating client relationships, sharing fashion knowledge, and supporting daily operations; it offers opportunities to learn and grow.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and store goals while enhancing and developing the business.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong knowledge of products, Balenciaga’s history and message, and the Balenciaga client journey.
- Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book with meaningful captured data; contact clients regularly and follow up appropriately on sales and client requests.
- Stay informed about current trends and fashion history, incorporating this knowledge into selling conversations and client advice.
- Collaborate with team members through open, constructive communication and propose effective solutions.
- Carry out daily operational tasks in line with company directives.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with another retail or fashion company.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive results in a selling role and exceed individual and store goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen, demonstrated through a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
- Strategic vision to develop the business and deliver a high level of personal performance.
