Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales by building, maintaining and actively updating a robust client portfolio.
- Deliver Balenciaga’s signature service standards from client welcome through after‑sales assistance to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Engage clients with authentic, long‑term relationship building and personalised styling advice.
- Collaborate closely with the Stock team to ensure product availability and to fulfil client requests.
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on client activity, market and fashion trends.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising in accordance with visual guidelines and brand standards.
- Demonstrate professional communication and teamwork in all client and internal interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a retail sales role or a position with transferrable client‑facing skills in luxury/fashion.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Deep product sensitivity and up‑to‑date knowledge of fashion and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
- Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
- High level of administrative competence and digital literacy.
