Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales by building and maintaining a strong, up‑to‑date client portfolio.
  • Deliver Balenciaga’s signature client service at every touchpoint, from reception to after‑sales assistance.
  • Engage clients to create authentic, long‑term relationships and proactively follow up on leads and requests.
  • Collaborate with the Stock team to ensure product availability and fulfil client requests promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar retail role, or demonstrable transferable experience within luxury or premium retail.

  • Strong product sensitivity and up‑to‑date knowledge of market and fashion trends.
  • Capable of working both collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
  • Strong administrative and digital literacy appropriate to client management and sales reporting.
