Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust, regularly updated client portfolio to drive individual and store sales targets
- Deliver Balenciaga’s service standards at every client touchpoint, from welcome to after-sales follow-up
- Build authentic, long-term client relationships through personalised clienteling and proactive outreach
- Collaborate with stock and store teams to ensure product availability and fulfilment of client requests
- Report on client activity and market trends to inform commercial and merchandising decisions
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising in strict accordance with visual guidelines
- Contribute to a professional team environment through clear communication and shared execution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar retail or client-facing role, or demonstrable transferrable skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under the pace and standards of luxury retail
- Deep product sensitivity with current awareness of market and fashion trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanour
- Fluency in English

Previous retail experience in luxury or premium environments is preferred; candidates should demonstrate success in client development and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal retail, luxury product or customer service training is advantageous.
