Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor role in Bangkok. Support brand representation, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques and client engagement
- Act as a brand host, building and maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent interaction
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver excellent and professional customer service
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control
- Uphold store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards while maintaining professional appearance and grooming
- Support store processes compliance and follow-up protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment
- Product and fashion sensitivity with strong knowledge of current fashion trends
- Strong sense of responsibility and collaborative team spirit
- Ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced retail environments
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency with PC skills including MS Office and digital tools

Experience
Prior experience in multinational brand or retail environment is essential; related fashion or luxury retail experience is advantageous.
