Balenciaga seeks a Sales Associate in Auckland, New Zealand. Luxury retail role reporting to Store Manager, supporting customer service and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide excellent and professional customer service to all internal and external clients
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual appeal in compliance with visual merchandising standards
- Support store processes compliance and follow-up procedures
- Represent the Balenciaga brand and uphold its signature standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment
- Product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current fashion trends
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
- Competency with MS Office and digital retail tools

Experience
Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is preferred; retail or luxury fashion experience is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal retail or luxury goods training is beneficial but not mandatory.
