Balenciaga Temp Sales Assistant position in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive; $21–$23/hr hourly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and attention to security protocols for payment card information
- Maintain the register area in an orderly state and ensure supplies are consistently stocked for efficient checkout operations
- Communicate customer complaints and feedback to management, escalating exceptional situations as appropriate
- Support the sales floor team with administrative and operational assistance as needed
- Uphold Balenciaga's omni-channel service standards and ensure consistent client communication across all store touchpoints
- Monitor store operations against the established operations manual and provide feedback on potential procedural improvements
- Resolve customer service issues through informed decision-making that balances client satisfaction with operational productivity
