Balenciaga Sales Assistant role in Berlin's KadeWe boutique; retail experience and fluency in a second language required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge while providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure customers are informed of current products, trends, and collections through compelling presentation
- Replenish stock and maintain high merchandising standards and product presentation
- Handle customer complaints professionally and seek assistance where necessary to resolve issues satisfactorily
- Keep abreast of customer requirements and operating procedures relevant to the role
- Monitor daily sales targets and employ appropriate sales techniques to achieve performance goals
- Ensure full understanding of company procedures and policies and execute work according to established standards
- Maintain personal appearance and presentation in strict alignment with Balenciaga brand standards
- Adhere to all security and health and safety regulations
- Perform store opening and closing procedures in accordance with business needs and company security protocols
- Execute additional duties as assigned within the defined scope of the Sales Assistant position
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar retail or sales role
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role with direct face-to-face customer contact
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and thrive in a high-pressure retail environment
- Strong ability to initiate proactive contact and communication with customers

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
