Balenciaga in Ningbo seeks a Sales and Client Ambassador to drive store sales and deliver exceptional client service at Ningbo Hankyu.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, representing the Balenciaga brand and image at all times.
- Apply appropriate sales techniques to meet daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Guide customers through the buying journey, establish rapport and build long-term client relationships.
- Communicate detailed product knowledge and styling advice to provide professional, informed customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and product quality; ensure merchandise on the sales floor is accurately presented and replenished.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards so that presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
- Follow all store and company policies, operating procedures and loss-prevention measures.
- Support the management team in daily operations and contribute to a positive, performance-driven store environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with an international luxury brand preferred; retail sales experience advantageous.
- Keen sensitivity to fashion, apparel and current trends with strong visual discernment.
- Demonstrated responsibility, reliability and a collaborative team mindset.
- Ability to perform under pressure and willingness to work in a fast-paced, challenging retail environment.
- Excellent communication, client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and general computer literacy.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail experience is preferred, ideally with exposure to international luxury or premium fashion brands; direct sales experience and client advisory work are advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further study in fashion, retail or business is a plus.
