Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store-level sales goals
- Perform store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient merchandise accessibility for all staff
- Assist Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day store operations
- Balance responsibilities across sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management
- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues, management, and departments across all locations
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally
- Implement and enforce store operations manual guidelines and provide feedback on necessary updates
- Execute and support all company-wide sustainability policies at local and global levels
- Oversee store shrinkage through sound operational execution in partnership with Stock Associates and Sales Team
- Ensure cash registers and safes function properly and maintain accurate cash/change protocols and timely bank deposits
- Assist with visual merchandising implementation according to company standards
- Communicate visual standards and company information to the sales team as directed
- Oversee daily cleaning and physical maintenance of store interior and exterior
- Maintain highest standards in fixture maintenance, shelving, lighting, and supply management
- Ensure adequate supply levels are maintained at all times
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion industry role
- Proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen with genuine passion for the fashion industry
- Strategic vision for business development and high-level personal performance

3+ years of progressive experience in a similar sales or retail operations role, preferably within the luxury fashion or retail sector
