Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor with Keys in Los Angeles—lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver luxury retail excellence at Beverly Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through consultative selling and client engagement
- Execute opening and closing store procedures in full compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to facilitate efficient merchandise access for the sales team
- Partner with management to oversee day-to-day retail operations and ensure balanced performance across sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management
- Maintain professional interpersonal communication with all departments, store locations, colleagues, and staff members
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately, ensuring timely resolution
- Implement and enforce store operations manual protocols and provide constructive feedback on procedural updates or improvements
- Monitor and reduce store shrinkage through sound operational execution and collaboration with the stock and sales teams
- Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning correctly; enforce accuracy standards for cash handling and facilitate timely bank deposits
- Support implementation of visual display and merchandising initiatives according to company standards and Store Manager direction
- Communicate all company visual standards and corporate directives to the sales team as needed
- Oversee daily cleaning and physical maintenance of the store's interior and exterior
- Maintain highest standards in the functioning, presentation, and maintenance of all fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies
- Enforce sustainability policies implemented by the company at both local and global levels
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or sales leadership role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication across diverse audiences
- Track record of driving sales results and exceeding individual and store performance targets
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with genuine passion for the fashion industry
- Strategic vision for business development and high-level personal performance standards
Skills
Experience
3+ years of progressive experience in retail or fashion retail, with demonstrated success in a sales or operations leadership capacity. Background in luxury goods retail or high-end fashion brands is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is a plus.
