Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
- Perform and oversee store opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure efficient merchandise accessibility for staff
- Support store management in overseeing daily operational execution across all departments
- Manage cash registers and safe operations, ensuring accuracy in cash/change handling and timely bank deposits
- Monitor and minimize store shrinkage through operational excellence and loss prevention initiatives
- Implement visual display and merchandising standards as directed by Store Manager and Corporate
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store interior and exterior
- Communicate company visual standards and operational updates to the team
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce sustainability and compliance policies across all store operations
- Maintain fixture, shelving, lighting, and supply inventory at highest standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar retail or fashion sales role
- Proven track record of driving sales results and exceeding individual and store goals
- Strong commercial awareness and genuine passion for the fashion industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic vision and high level of personal performance capability

Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies, with proven ability to drive sales results and exceed individual and store goals in a fast-paced environment.
