Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host for customers, fostering strong relationships and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support and comply with all store processes and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a multinational brand environment.
  • Relevant experience in the luxury fashion sector is advantageous.

Skills

Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current trends. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office and other digital tools. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

Experience

Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Workplace

The role is situated in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China — conveniently close to Beijing. There are currently 5 open positions in Urumqi on Cerulean. Across China, Cerulean lists 1.776 open roles — 33 of them newly added.
