Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Serve as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a multinational brand environment, with related experience being advantageous.
  • Strong product and fashion sensitivity with a good understanding of fashion trends.

Skills

Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Competency in PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with related experience considered a plus.

Workplace

The role is situated in Urumqi, Xinjiang, China — conveniently close to Xinjiang. There are currently 5 open positions in Urumqi on Cerulean. Across China, Cerulean lists 1.776 open roles — 33 of them newly added.
