Balenciaga seeks a Sales and Client Advisor in Toronto (Yorkville) to deliver signature brand experience and drive retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets and KPIs
  • Handle and escalate client requests and complaints to management, providing detailed feedback
  • Collaborate with stock team to ensure product availability and fulfil client requests
  • Remain informed on market trends, fashion developments, and competitive business environment
  • Embody Balenciaga brand behaviors and inspire clients through authentic engagement
  • Orchestrate seamless omnichannel client journeys from initial contact through after-sales support
  • Present Balenciaga collections and creative inspirations using storytelling techniques
  • Provide bespoke product recommendations by actively listening to client expectations
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards across all retail areas
  • Execute product presentation guidelines consistently
  • Build and maintain client portfolios using the Luce CRM application
  • Develop long-term client relationships and drive loyalty programme participation
  • Process client transactions at point-of-sale for in-store and remote sales channels
  • Promote and operationalize omnichannel services in-store
  • Receive, process, and organize store deliveries and client shipments
  • Contribute to front and back-of-house operations including stock control and inventory management
  • Execute and monitor Retail Excellence processes
  • Demonstrate professionalism, expertise, and collaborative approach across all team interactions
  • Support colleagues to deliver exceptional client experience and achieve store objectives
  • Participate in sustainability initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools
  • Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of fashion markets and trends
  • General cultural knowledge and intellectual engagement
  • Exceptional listening and communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain visual presentation standards and attention to detail
