Balenciaga Sales and Client Advisor position in Taipei City—guide luxury customers through the complete buying journey with expert styling and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey, from collection discovery to post-purchase support
- Present the Balenciaga collection using brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Provide expert advice on product styles, characteristics, materials, and seasonal trends
- Manage transactions including sales, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and accuracy
- Contribute to achievement of store sales targets through proactive clienteling and service excellence
- Represent Balenciaga brand values through professional conduct, appearance, and customer interactions
- Support store management activities and maintain visual presentation standards on the sales floor
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Proven retail or customer service experience in a luxury environment
- Strong understanding of fashion, product knowledge, and styling principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Skills
Experience
Retail or customer-facing experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred. Prior experience in fashion or high-end consumer goods demonstrates product knowledge and clienteling capability.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in fashion, retail management, or luxury services is advantageous.
