Role & Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the complete purchasing journey, from product discovery and collection exploration to exchanges and returns management
  • Present the brand's current collection in accordance with brand standards and visual guidelines
  • Provide expert counsel on product characteristics, styling, and seasonal trends
  • Embody the brand values and serve as the visible representation of Balenciaga to all clientele
  • Contribute to achievement of individual and store-level sales targets
  • Enhance overall customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships
