Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Balenciaga brand values and aesthetic to customers in all interactions
- Guide clients through the complete purchasing journey from initial inquiry to post-sale engagement
- Present the current collection using established brand presentation standards
- Provide expert consultation on product styles, characteristics, materials, and design trends
- Contribute to achievement of store sales targets and performance metrics
- Enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service
- Support store management operations and visual merchandising initiatives
