Balenciaga Sales and Client Advisor position in Taipei City—guide customers through their luxury fashion journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout the purchasing journey, from product discovery to post-sale support including returns and exchanges
- Present the brand's collection according to established brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Provide expert guidance on styles, product characteristics, seasonal trends, and brand heritage
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining premium service standards
- Embody and communicate brand values in all customer interactions
