Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients at every stage of the buying journey, delivering a refined and consistent Balenciaga client experience.
- Guide customers through collection discovery and product selection, providing expert advice on fit, materials and styling.
- Present merchandise according to brand visual and merchandising standards; ensure boutique presentation reflects Balenciaga identity.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, clienteling and effective upselling techniques.
- Manage transactional duties including POS operation, returns, exchanges and accurate record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM tools and follow-up actions to drive repeat business.
- Adhere to company policies and embody brand values as the visible face of Balenciaga.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for client-facing retail roles; previous experience in luxury or premium fashion preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented manner.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and perform consultative selling underpinned by strong product knowledge.
- Flexibility to work boutique hours, including weekends and evenings, and to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year in a customer-facing retail role; experience with luxury or premium fashion brands strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification; tertiary education in fashion, retail or related disciplines is a plus.
