Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through targeted selling techniques and proactive client engagement.
  • Serve as a host for clients: cultivate, strengthen and maintain enduring customer relationships and clienteling activities.
  • Deliver expert product knowledge and provide exemplary, professional customer service aligned with brand standards.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and development of store staff; contribute to retention and team performance.
  • Ensure merchandise replenishment, maintain presentation standards and control product quality.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, grooming and visual merchandising standards across all areas.
  • Ensure compliance with store processes, operational guidelines and brand policies; follow up on corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience within a multinational or luxury retail environment; clienteling or boutique sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable product and fashion sensitivity with awareness of current trends.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environment while maintaining service standards.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, collaborative team spirit and ability to coach peers.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.

Skills

MS Office Digital clienteling and retail tools (POS, CRM) — familiarity with common retail platforms preferred Customer relationship management Sales techniques and upselling Visual merchandising and product presentation Inventory replenishment and stock control

Experience

Experience in luxury or multinational fashion retail, with direct client interaction and boutique sales responsibilities; prior exposure to store processes and team support is expected.

Education
