Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host to customers, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure stock replenishment and uphold high standards of merchandise presentation.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational brand environment.
  • Fashion sensitivity and knowledge of current trends.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Competency in MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with related experience being advantageous.
