Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor position in Taichung City—luxury retail customer consultant role representing the brand across omni-channel channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the luxury purchasing journey with personalized consultation on product characteristics, design heritage, and styling recommendations
- Present Balenciaga's collections in accordance with established brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Embody brand values and maintain the sophisticated image of Balenciaga in all client interactions
- Contribute to achievement of individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building
- Support cross-channel selling initiatives spanning retail, wholesale, and e-commerce platforms
- Cultivate and maintain meaningful client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Qualifications
