Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor position in Taichung City. Represent the luxury brand and guide customers through their purchasing journey.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Balenciaga brand to clients, embodying company values and brand ethos
  • Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey with personalized service
  • Present the collection using established brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Advise customers on product styles, characteristics, features, and current trends
  • Support store management activities and contribute to omni-channel sales operations
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs
