Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor position in Taichung City. Represent the luxury brand and guide customers through their purchasing journey.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Balenciaga brand to clients, embodying company values and brand ethos
- Guide customers through all stages of the buying journey with personalized service
- Present the collection using established brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
- Advise customers on product styles, characteristics, features, and current trends
- Support store management activities and contribute to omni-channel sales operations
- Achieve set sales targets and KPIs
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury fashion and the Balenciaga brand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage with diverse clientele in a high-end retail environment
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service excellence
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or previous experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is beneficial.
Education
