Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor role in Sydney—drive boutique sales, build client relationships, and represent the House's heritage and values.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using appropriate sales techniques and strategies
  • Act as a host for customers, consistently building and strengthening client relationships
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide excellent and professional customer service
  • Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control
  • Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards in all areas
  • Support store process compliance and follow-up procedures

Qualifications
