Balenciaga Sales and Client Advisor, Sydney Airport. Drive luxury retail KPIs and deliver exceptional client service for the iconic House.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work toward and achieve daily and monthly KPI targets whilst maintaining exceptional service standards
- Act as brand ambassador and host for customers, consistently strengthening and building strong client relationships
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the Balenciaga collection and provide tailored client servicing
- Display and embody Balenciaga's core values—Optimism, Pragmatism, Desirability, Responsibility, Fearlessness, Sustainability, and Inclusivity
- Replenish stock with care, maintain high merchandising standards, and ensure quality control when handling products
- Maintain impeccable store presentation, cleanliness, and grooming standards in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Adhere to all operational procedures, compliance measures, and House protocols
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational luxury brand environment highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of fashion trends and brand awareness
- Strong client relationship building and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, POS systems, and CRM platforms
- Ability to perform excellently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and team collaboration

Experience
Prior experience in a multinational brand environment or luxury retail is highly desirable; however, exceptional candidates with strong client service backgrounds and fashion awareness will be considered.
