Balenciaga is seeking a Sales and Client Advisor in Sydney to contribute to store sales and uphold the brand's prestigious image. The role involves achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and maintaining high standards of merchandise presentation. Candidates should have experience in a multinational brand environment, strong fashion sensitivity, and proficiency in English and digital tools.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
- Act as a host for customers, fostering strong and enduring relationships.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Uphold store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with all store processes and follow-up procedures.
Qualifications
