Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators through effective sales techniques and client engagement
- Provide exceptional and professional customer service, acting as a host to internal and external clients
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver expert fashion and styling guidance
- Replenish inventory, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure high-quality product presentation throughout the store
- Uphold store cleanliness, tidiness, and grooming standards in alignment with Balenciaga's visual merchandising specifications
- Support all store process compliance and follow-up procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational luxury brand environment
- Strong fashion sensitivity with current knowledge of fashion trends
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Strong sense of responsibility and collaborative team spirit
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in a multinational luxury brand environment is required. Related retail or fashion sector experience is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal fashion or retail qualification is beneficial.
