Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques.
  • Act as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening customer relationships.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
  • Support store processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational brand environment, preferably within the fashion industry.

Skills

Strong product and fashion sensitivity with knowledge of current trends. Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written. Competency in MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Prior experience in a multinational brand environment is required, with a preference for those with related experience in the fashion industry.
