Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, KPIs and qualitative objectives through active prospecting and tailored clienteling.
  • Present the Balenciaga universe and collections with a storytelling approach; provide bespoke style advice and product expertise to clients.
  • Deliver a seamless omnichannel client journey: process in-store and remote transactions, promote omnichannel services and manage after‑sales follow-up according to HQ guidelines.
  • Build and maintain an up-to-date client portfolio using the Luce app and ensure consistent follow-up to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with stock/back‑of‑house teams to ensure product availability, receive and process deliveries, and prepare shipments to clients.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards across selling areas; contribute to Retail Excellence procedures.
  • Act as a proactive team player by assisting colleagues, sharing market and client feedback, and supporting store sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

  • If promoted internally: completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training and a minimum of 1 year as Sales Associate.
  • If hired externally: minimum 2 years of relevant retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • Demonstrable clienteling ability and a track record of building authentic, long-term client relationships.
  • Comfortable performing both front‑of‑house (sales, POS) and back‑of‑house (stock control, inventory) duties with minimal supervision.
  • Professional presentation, excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented, collaborative attitude.

Experience
