Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Balenciaga brand values and aesthetic to clients at all touchpoints
- Guide customers through the complete buying journey with personalized service
- Present the collection using established brand standards and presentation protocols
- Provide expert guidance on product styles, characteristics, and seasonal trends
- Contribute to achievement of individual and store sales targets
