Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Address client requests and complaints, reporting to management.
  • Collaborate with stock team to ensure product availability.
  • Stay informed on market trends and business environment.
  • Inspire clients by embodying Balenciaga's brand values.
  • Ensure seamless execution of the omnichannel client journey.
  • Present Balenciaga's collections with a storytelling approach.
  • Provide personalized advice and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Create and update client portfolios using the Luce app.
  • Build authentic, long-term client relationships.
  • Adhere to guidelines for client journey and loyalty programs.
  • Exhibit professionalism and teamwork in all interactions.
  • Contribute to sustainability goals.
  • Perform front and back of house duties, including processing transactions and managing stock.
  • Support after-sales services and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

  • Successful completion of Balenciaga onboarding and Omnichannel Client Journey training (for internal candidates).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Sales Associate (for internal candidates).
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant sales experience (for external candidates).

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in client relationship management. Knowledge of retail operations and visual merchandising. Familiarity with omnichannel retail strategies.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a sales role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
