Balenciaga seeks a Sales & Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver luxury customer experiences and drive store revenue through client engagement and superior service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue by delivering superior customer service and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, fashion developments, and competitive business environment on an ongoing basis
- Strengthen teamwork by supporting colleagues in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving objectives
- Cultivate brand culture internally and externally while providing premium customer experiences
- Actively develop new client relationships and systematically strengthen existing customer connections
- Ensure compliance with store procedures in support of the management team
