Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury client experiences through proactive clienteling, personalised service and attentive after-sales care (AS).
- Drive store sales and meet individual and team targets through new-client acquisition and nurturing existing client relationships.
- Represent and maintain Balenciaga’s brand image and merchandising standards in all customer interactions and store presentations.
- Monitor market and fashion trends regularly to inform client conversations and commercial opportunities.
- Support colleagues to achieve collective objectives and reinforce teamwork; assist the management team with daily store procedures and compliance.
- Contribute to a consistent and elevated customer experience by following internal processes for sales administration, client records and after-sales follow-up.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable interest in the luxury market and solid knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Customer-service orientation with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience
Preferably at least 1 year of retail or boutique experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail environments, with proven clienteling and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, business or a related discipline is preferred.
