Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver Balenciaga’s signature customer experience to internal and external clients while representing the brand’s image and values on the salesfloor.
  • Maximize store sales through proactive clienteling, new-client acquisition and the cultivation of long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and after‑sales care, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market and fashion trends regularly to inform sales conversations and merchandising feedback.
  • Support colleagues and management to achieve store targets, reinforcing teamwork and a high‑performance retail culture.
