Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store revenue through direct sales, clienteling and proactive business development.
  • Deliver exceptional in‑store customer service and manage after‑sales (AS) service to ensure long‑term client satisfaction.
  • Identify and cultivate new clients while nurturing relationships with existing clientele to maximise lifetime value.
  • Monitor market dynamics and fashion trends regularly to inform sales approach and client conversations.
