Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store revenue through direct sales, clienteling and proactive business development.
- Deliver exceptional in‑store customer service and manage after‑sales (AS) service to ensure long‑term client satisfaction.
- Identify and cultivate new clients while nurturing relationships with existing clientele to maximise lifetime value.
- Monitor market dynamics and fashion trends regularly to inform sales approach and client conversations.
- Support colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a collaborative store culture.
- Assist management with adherence to store procedures, visual standards and operational policies.
- Act as a visible representative of the Balenciaga brand, reinforcing brand culture across internal and external touchpoints.

- Demonstrable understanding of Balenciaga’s product aesthetics and the ability to represent the brand’s image and values.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to provide high‑level after‑sales support.

Skills
Experience
Preferably 1+ years of experience in luxury retail, premium brand sales or client advisory roles, with a track record of client development and meeting sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or a related discipline are advantageous.
