Balenciaga seeks a Sales and Client Advisor in Sanremo, Italy — join the outlet team to serve local and international clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional assisted-selling and personalised client advice to local and international customers in the Sanremo outlet store.
  • Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through effective selling techniques and clienteling.
  • Welcome, engage and represent Balenciaga brand behaviours to ensure a premium customer experience before, during and after the sale.
  • Capture, update and maintain client records in the CRM and Client Book to develop and grow the customer portfolio.
  • Support stock replenishment, merchandising and housekeeping to maintain the boutique’s presentation and product availability.
  • Share best practices and contribute to a positive team climate while complying with company policies and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in assisted selling within fashion, luxury or leather-goods retail environments.
  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Strong product sensitivity and awareness of fashion market trends with a clear commercial orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexible availability, curiosity and strong listening skills.
  • Team-player attitude with demonstrated clienteling capability and digital proficiency.
  • Fluent spoken and written Italian and English.

Experience
