Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor (Maternity Cover) — Rome, Italy. Temporary full‑time retail role at Rinascente delivering elevated client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated in‑store client experience through attentive, personalized service and proactive client engagement.
- Develop and maintain deep product and collection knowledge; inform clients about product features, trends and availability.
- Achieve daily sales targets through appropriate sales techniques, cross‑selling and clienteling activities.
- Ensure merchandise standards by replenishing stock, maintaining presentation and executing visual directives.
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary and ensuring satisfactory resolution aligned with company standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures including opening and closing, cash handling, security and health & safety regulations.
- Contribute to store operations as required, performing additional duties within the Sales Consultant remit.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury retail sales or client advisory role.
- Proven track record of face‑to‑face customer service in a high‑pressure, client‑facing environment.
- Fluent spoken Italian and English; additional languages are highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with a collaborative team mindset.
- Professional presentation in line with company grooming and appearance standards.
Skills
Experience
Previous hands‑on experience in a comparable luxury retail or client advisory position, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and strong customer relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or tertiary studies in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Rome, Lazio, Italy.
