Balenciaga seeks a Sales & Client Advisor in Riyadh — represent the maison, guide clients through purchases, and deliver sales excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Balenciaga brand to clients and act as the visible face of the maison in-store.
  • Guide customers at every stage of the buying journey, presenting collections according to brand standards and storytelling.
  • Drive sales performance by proactively identifying client needs, cross-selling and upselling to achieve store targets.
  • Deliver exceptional clienteling and after‑sales service to build long‑term client relationships and loyalty.
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards on the sales floor and support stock management and inventory control.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment (preferred 1–3 years).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present product stories persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Professional presentation and strict adherence to brand standards and client service protocols.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required by retail operations.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or high-end retail. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service is preferred.

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational retail or customer service training is an asset.
