Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor position at Saks Fifth Avenue in New York; $21–$23/hr. Join the House of Balenciaga's retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals through strategic selling and client engagement
- Execute store opening and closing procedures in compliance with company policies and standards
- Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure seamless merchandise accessibility for the team
- Assist Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operational execution across sales, merchandising, and personnel management
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments, store locations, colleagues, and staff
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
- Enforce store operations manual requirements and provide feedback on necessary updates or improvements
- Implement and reinforce sustainability policies established by the company locally and globally
- Partner with stock and operations teams to minimize shrinkage and maintain inventory accuracy
- Oversee cash register and safe operations, ensuring accuracy of transactions and timely bank deposits
- Implement visual displays and merchandising standards as directed by Store Manager and corporate guidelines
- Communicate visual standards and company information to the team as needed
- Oversee daily cleaning and physical upkeep of both interior and exterior store environments
- Maintain fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies at the highest operational and presentational standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail, fashion, or a similar customer-facing role
- Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales targets in a selling environment
- Demonstrated excellence in multitasking within a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry with solid business acumen
- Strategic vision to develop business performance and personal excellence
- High level of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail, luxury fashion retail, or equivalent customer-facing roles, with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or related qualification preferred.
