Balenciaga Sales & Client Advisor position in Melbourne, Australia. Drive sales, build client relationships, and represent the luxury House brand in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective sales techniques and client engagement
- Act as a host for customers, cultivating strong relationships and consistently strengthening brand loyalty
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional, professional customer service
- Replenish stock, maintain high standards of merchandise presentation, and quality control all products
- Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards; uphold personal grooming and appearance standards
- Support store process compliance and follow-up procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand retail environment
- Product and fashion sensitivity with strong knowledge of fashion trends
- Strong sense of responsibility and demonstrated team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital retail tools
