Balenciaga Macau is hiring a Sales & Client Advisor in Macau — deliver luxury client service, visual merchandising and inventory control.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-end client service and act as a host to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Represent and merchandise the collection in accordance with brand standards, maintaining compelling visual displays.
- Perform daily stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records; assist with receiving and stock control processes.
- Inspect product quality and report any discrepancies or damages to ensure merchandise standards.
- Ensure accurate price marking and upkeep of product labeling.
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and tidiness in all areas to the brand’s standards.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Secondary school certificate (Form 5) or equivalent.
- 2–5 years hands-on retail sales or store operations experience.
- Prior experience with luxury goods or premium fashion brands strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated strong sense of high-end fashion and product awareness.
- Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Office.

Minimum 2–5 years of direct retail sales or store operations experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands, with demonstrated client service and merchandising capability.
Education
Secondary school certificate (Form 5) or equivalent.
