Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales and deliver exceptional client and after-sales service.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the stock team to ensure optimal product rotation.
- Provide high-quality feedback and reports to management.
- Address and report client complaints to the Department Manager or Associate Store Director.
- Stay informed on market trends and conduct competitive analysis.
- Maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
- Promote Balenciaga's brand culture and ensure excellent client experiences.
- Facilitate seamless omnichannel client journeys.
- Present Balenciaga's collections with a storytelling approach.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support management in store process compliance and follow-up.
- Process client transactions and promote omnichannel services.
- Contribute to stock control, inventories, and store deliveries.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in any discipline with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and product sensitivity.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Competency in MS Office and other digital tools.
Skills
Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or client advisory roles, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
Diploma or higher in any discipline.
