The Sales and Client Advisor reports to the Store Manager, contributes to store sales, delivers Balenciaga’s signature client experience and supports the management team while representing the brand. The role covers sales targets and KPIs, client relationships, product knowledge and service, stock and presentation standards, store upkeep, and process compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using appropriate sales techniques.
- Host customers and consistently strengthen and build strong customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, providing excellent and professional customer service.
- Replenish stock, maintain high merchandise standards and product presentation, and monitor product quality.
- Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, and the grooming and appearance of all areas in line with visual merchandising standards.
- Support compliance with and follow-up on all store processes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a multinational brand environment; related experience is a plus.
- Product and fashion sensitivity, with good knowledge of fashion trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good PC skills, such as MS Office and other digital tools.
