Role & Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and floor leadership.
• Perform and supervise opening and closing procedures in strict accordance with company policies.
• Support day-to-day store operations and assist the Store Director in managing staff, schedules and performance.
• Ensure stockroom is organised and merchandise is accessible; oversee inventory control and back‑of‑house standards.
• Partner with stock and operations teams to minimise shrinkage and implement loss prevention measures.
• Ensure cash handling integrity: maintain register and safe procedures, accuracy of change and timely bank deposits.
• Assist with implementation and communication of visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Oversee daily store maintenance and physical upkeep of fixtures, lighting, carpeting and supplies.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to protect brand reputation.
• Follow and enforce the store operations manual and corporate sustainability policies; provide operational feedback when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar retail role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a selling role.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for the fashion industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and experience supervising or mentoring sales teams.
• Operational competence in cash handling, opening/closing procedures and basic inventory controls.

Experience

At least 3+ years in a comparable retail or fashion sales role with demonstrable sales performance and operational responsibility; previous keyholder or supervisory duties preferred.
