Balenciaga Vancouver seeks a Sales and Client Advisor (Keyholder) to support store operations, drive sales and lead client service at the Alberni boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive individual and store sales to meet and exceed targets through proactive clientelling and high‑quality service.
- Support the Store Director in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures and execution of the store operations manual.
- Oversee stockroom organisation and inventory processes to ensure merchandise is accessible and accurately recorded.
- Partner with the sales team, Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimise shrinkage and enforce loss prevention protocols.
- Ensure cash handling integrity: maintain register and safe procedures, cash accuracy, and timely bank deposits.
- Assist with implementation and communication of visual display and merchandising standards as directed by Store Management.
- Supervise store maintenance and presentation, ensuring fixtures, lighting and supplies meet brand standards.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly, preserving client relationships and brand reputation.
- Support local and global sustainability policies and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar retail role, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client service.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a genuine passion for fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Capacity to lead by example and support a high‑performing team while maintaining operational discipline.
Skills
Experience
At least 3+ years in retail or fashion, with prior responsibilities for sales delivery, store opening/closing, inventory control and frontline team supervision.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
