Balenciaga in Troy, MI is hiring a Sales & Client Advisor (Keyholder) to drive sales, manage store operations and support the Store Director.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and exemplary service.
- Perform and oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and cash-handling protocols.
- Support the Store Director in day-to-day store operations, including staff supervision, task delegation and operational follow-through.
- Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure merchandise is accessible for sales teams; coordinate inventory counts and replenishment.
- Partner with the sales team and operations staff to minimize shrinkage and implement loss-prevention measures.
- Ensure registers, safe and cash procedures are accurate; oversee timely bank deposits and back-of-house cash controls.
- Implement and communicate visual merchandising directives from store management and corporate to uphold brand standards.
- Oversee daily store maintenance and presentation, ensuring fixtures, lighting and supplies meet the brand’s standards.
- Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to preserve client relationships.
- Adhere to and enforce the store operations manual and local/global sustainability policies; provide operational feedback when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience in a similar role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a selling environment.
- Proven capability to execute opening/closing procedures and handle keyholder responsibilities with integrity.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, with a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with the capacity to develop the business and sustain high personal performance.
Skills
Experience
At least 3+ years of experience in retail, preferably within fashion or luxury brands, including demonstrable selling results and prior keyholder or supervisory responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or post-secondary studies in retail, fashion, business or merchandising are a plus.

The successful candidate will be located in Troy, Michigan, USA, with easy access to Detroit.
