Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures of the store.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
  • Assist management in daily store operations.
  • Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
  • Maintain effective communication with departments, stores, colleagues, and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Support and enforce store operations manual and provide feedback on necessary updates.
  • Implement and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
  • Minimize store shrinkage through effective operational execution with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
  • Ensure cash register and safe functionality and enforce cash handling standards.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures, shelving, and supplies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Strategic vision to develop business and enhance personal performance.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication. Passion for the fashion industry and customer service.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a comparable position within the retail or fashion industry is required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Troy, Michigan, USA, with easy access to Detroit.
